Complex Sentence

The combination of a Main Clause and a Sub-Clause forms a Complex Sentence.

e.g. When I arrived, she had left.

       That she is dead makes her father fainted.

       I cannot go to school today since I have been ill.

      I see that she is very upset.

     They will come back as soon as they hear the noise
